Meeting Room Reservations at SEAS Parish
Reserve Your Space for June 2024 - May 2025
We are now accepting meeting room reservation requests for June 2024 to May 2025.
Please submit your requests by May 1st using the SEAS Meeting Room Reservation Request spreadsheet to ensure we can accommodate your needs effectively.
Key Points to Remember:
- Our availability, especially from Monday through Thursday, fills up quickly, so secure your preferred dates early.
- Reservations do not carry over from the previous year, which ends on May 31, 2024, so please make fresh arrangements.
- Fill out the SEAS Meeting Room Reservation Request spreadsheet and email it to swilliams@seaschurch.org.
- Cooperation in submitting schedules as requested is greatly appreciated.
Housekeeping Guidelines:
- Ensure all lights are turned off and the space is left cleaner than you found it.
- Report any damages promptly to the Parish Office.
- Respect the allotted time for your meeting, as the building is locked and alarms set by 9 PM each night.
