Parish School of Religion

Our Parish School of Religion (PSR) provides catechetical instruction to children and youth who attend public schools, so that young people can grow in intimacy with Jesus, be knowledgeable about their faith, and integrate the teachings of the Gospel into their lives. Parish religion programs also prepare young people for the reception of first sacraments. We offer programs to assist parents in the faith formation of their children.

2025–2026 PSR Registration

For Pre-K through Confirmation Preparation

Registration is now open for the 2025–2026 PSR year at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish! PSR provides faith formation for children from Pre-K through Confirmation Preparation.

Registration & Consent Forms

Each child must have two forms submitted:

Tuition

  • $30 per student if paid on or before August 17, 2025
  • $40 per student if paid on or after August 18, 2025

Payment Options

Cash or Check (payable to SEAS): Submit with your completed forms to the SEAS Parish Office during office hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM), or place in the PSR Drop Box located in the Gathering Area.

Online Payment Option:
To pay online, click the "Pay Here" link below and select “PSR Registration” from the menu. Enter the total amount due for your family based on the number of students you are registering.

Example: 2 children registered before August 18 = $60 total

After submitting your payment, please be sure to complete and turn in the PSR Registration Form and the Parent/Guardian Consent & Media Release Form (one per child).

PSR 2025-2026 Schedule:

September 14-April 29 Class Times: 

·       Junior PSR (Pre-K): for 4-year-old children (birthdate before August 1) on Sundays, 10:10-11:10 am

·       Kindergarten – Confirmation Year One:

  Sundays: 10:10-11:10 am or Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm

·       Confirmation Two (second year of preparation): classes only on Sundays at 10:10 am

Sacramental Preparation:

·       First Reconciliation (during the 2nd Grade year*)

·       First Communion (during the 2nd Grade year*)

*Special classes for these Sacraments for older children are available as needed

·       Confirmation: 2-year program usually starting in 7th grade but open to older grades through high school

·       Saints’ Fest: Sunday, October 26

·       Confirmation One Retreat: Saturday, November 8

·       Confirmation Two Retreat: Sunday, November 9

·       First Reconciliation: Monday, November 17

·       Jesse Tree Events: Wednesday, November 19 and Sunday, November 23

·       Confirmation: Saturday, March 7

·       First Communion Workshop: Sunday, March 29

·       First Communion: Sunday, April 19

·       PSR family lunch/party: Sunday, May 3

·       Vacation Bible School at SEAS: Tuesday, June 23-Saturday, June 27
