Faith formation for the Lenten Season at SEAS
The Search - Episode One preview video
Let’s make this the best Lent ever! SEAS is sponsoring "The Search," a seven-week study produced by the Augustine Institute, narrated by Chris Stefanick. "The Search" leads people to the deepest questions of the human heart, exploring the meaning and purpose of life, with a visually stunning and intellectually stimulating approach. Topics include: “What Do You Seek?” “Who Are You?” & “Why a God?”
Small groups are forming now, and group leaders are needed. We will have onsite AND virtual groups. Families are encouraged to do this study together. The study will begin the week of February 7-13 so that you've completed the study by Holy Week.
**Please contact Denise Dumars, DRE, by phone (887-6472 x610) or
email Denise for information and to sign up for an onsite, virtual, or family group.**
What others are saying about The Search:
Outstanding offering of goodness, beauty, and truth! Incredibly well done and presented. You have managed
to hit the mark on each end every episode! This is exactly what we need right now! Exactly!! We need goodness,
we need the beauty of love to move us, and we need to be told the truth. You have pulled out all the stops, held
nothing back, and declared it from the rooftops! Thank you for loving your neighbor and loving God.
I watched with my children. My thirteen-year-old son did not want to, but I told him that he needed to. My
seventeen-year-old daughter was fully open to it. It led to a beautiful, spirited discussion about what amazed
them and got their attention. Then my son asked what time confession was tomorrow. My daughter stated
that all teens need to watch this! Transformative!
