SEAS Moms' Group is a group of Catholic moms with a common purpose and mission.
Our hope is that through our intentional discipleship and breaking open the Word,
this group can be a place of encouragement as we strive to fulfill the mission
and vocation God has given us:
To strengthen our Catholic faith and families
within the community, carry our crosses,
draw closer to Christ, and spread the Gospel
to as many as possible...starting with our own families.
SEAS Moms Group meets on Tuesdays from 9:30-11 a.m., during the school year.
Upon finding out about our group many women have expressed the reason they wanted to be a part of our group was their desire to connect with other Catholic mothers, to deepen their faith, and to dive into our Sunday readings so they can be better prepared for Mass each weekend- even if their young children or any other distraction make it hard for them to concentrate during Mass.
The strengths of the group are scripture study, lifting other women up, prayer, honesty, trust, building the domestic church, biweekly newsletter, a desire to know Jesus better through the sacraments and scripture.
Weekly- Scripture Study on Tuesdays, and Small Group discussion and personal faith building on Thursdays. Monthly- USDA Food Pantry at SEAS, Mom's Night Out Quarterly- Book Club Annually- Walk for Life, Pregnancy Care Center Annual Banquet, etc
Join groups onĀ Flocknote.
